Catering Equipment Maintenance

Our catering equipment maintenance service manages the day to day reactive catering equipment repair requirements and the annual Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.

Our service includes:

  • Ensuring there is a suitable reactive maintenance contract in place. Request initial equipment condition survey and asset register.

  • Managing the annual Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contract provided by Nansen Green Ltd and implemented by a third-party contractor.

  • Oversee the annual Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.

  • Where applicable ensuring gas and electrical safety certificates are in place and updated annually.

  • Assisting with the administration relating to the maintenance and repair of catering equipment.

    • Track equipment repairs to ensure minimum equipment downtime

    • Offer independent advice on repair estimates

    • Determine when equipment repairs become uneconomical

    • Advise on the preferred equipment replacement and arrange quotations

  • Telephone (and email) support and catering equipment related advice as and when required.

  • Advising on out of date/redundant equipment with practical and suitable equipment solutions to meet current requirements and legislation.
