My passion for catering can be traced back to my childhood, as the son of hoteliers "living above the shop" I was immersed within the daily hubbub of hotel life, both behind the scenes and the magical theatre which took place front of house. My upbringing nurtured a precedent, "WOWing" customers, creating memories and most importantly instilling customer loyalty.
For the past 25 years I have been the driving force in a variety of "hands-on" catering roles within business and industry and education including chef, catering manager, area manager and strategic area operations manager. Consultancy has been my love for the past 8 years working with Health Education Partnership as their senior education catering consultant and most recently concurrently as the director of Nansen Green.
Always striving to bring 100% to the work I do my goal is to offer knowledge, skills and expertise to build strong, long term and beneficial business relationships.
We always only offer beneficial and cost effective support and guidance to our clients regardless to whether they are schools, cooperate caterers, high street businesses, self-operated or contracted-out.
